Agreement to Terms

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes we provide are estimates based on the information you give us. The final price may change if we discover additional work is needed once we start the project. We will always communicate any price changes with you before proceeding with extra work. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date they are provided.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Typically, we require a deposit before starting work and final payment upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Payment is due within the timeframe specified in your contract.

Scheduling and Delays

We do our best to complete your project on time. However, weather conditions, permit delays, material availability, or unforeseen site conditions may affect our timeline. We will keep you informed of any delays and work to get your project back on track as quickly as possible.

Your Responsibilities

To help us complete your project smoothly, you agree to:

• Ensure clear access to the work area
• Obtain any necessary property owner approvals if you are not the owner
• Keep pets and children away from the work area for safety
• Make timely payments according to the agreed schedule

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind our work. We provide a warranty on our workmanship as outlined in your service agreement. This warranty covers defects in our installation but does not cover damage caused by improper use, natural settling, extreme weather events, or lack of maintenance. Normal wear and tear, cracking due to ground movement, or damage from heavy vehicles beyond the design specifications are not covered.

Cancellations and Changes

If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or work has begun may result in charges for materials purchased and labor already completed.

Limitation of Liability

We carry appropriate insurance and take care to complete your project safely and professionally. However, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services. We are not responsible for indirect damages or losses that may occur during or after the project.

Disputes and Resolution

If you have any concerns about our work, please contact us right away so we can address the issue. We are committed to making things right. If we cannot resolve a dispute through direct communication, we agree to seek mediation before pursuing legal action.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the new terms.
